The only minor issue I encountered was with the WiFi, which was a bit unreliable at times. However, this didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience I had at this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their African decoration and outside shower, was impressive. And I must mention the delicious and satisfying breakfast that was served each morning. this hotel offers great value for money and is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our family vacation was made perfect by the stunning location of the hotel, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere right by the lakeside. the clean rooms, amazing room service, and friendly staff made us feel at home. We enjoyed delicious homemade food while admiring the view and experiencing the tranquility. the private beach was a plus point. the well-maintained gardens & the hot spring were just fantastic. And, the coffee & tea facility in the room was much appreciated.

The service might be slow at times, but the delicious dishes, gorgeous view and serene mood made up for it.

The view of the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunset. the staff was friendly and always willing to assist us. the hotel is located in a great area, very close to tourist attractions and local restaurants. We enjoyed the delicious food offered by the hotel's restaurant and appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.

Despite the positives, the hotel lacked good communication and organization. The check-in staff seemed rude and disinterested in their job, and the wait for food at the restaurant was too long, even though the two items we ordered were not complicated.
